We read every message. Whether you have found a mistake, want to list an event, or have an idea for making Ooru more useful, here is the quickest way to reach us.

List your event
Organising something in one of Ooru's cities? Submit it through our event submission form. Include the date, venue, a short description and a link where people can register. We review submissions before they appear in the Events tab.
Corrections
If an event has been cancelled, a food spot has closed, or a guide has out-of-date information, email us with the page link and what needs fixing. Corrections are our top priority.
Join the community
The Namma Ooru WhatsApp community is where members share what is happening in the city and hear about new features first.
Partnerships and advertising
Venues, event organisers, local businesses and civic organisations interested in working with Ooru can email hello@ooru.club with "Partnership" in the subject line.
Civic complaints
Ooru does not handle civic complaints directly. To report potholes, garbage, streetlights or similar issues, use the Government of Karnataka's official Namma Bengaluru app, which routes complaints to the responsible officials. Our Report tab links to it.
